401(k) Plan

Saving for retirement is as an important decision on choosing the right health plan. Trinity provides and sponsors a 401(k) Plan for all eligible team members. The program is designed to help eligible team members adequately save for their retirement.

 

You become eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan if you are at least 18 years old and have completed 90 days of employment. Your enrollment will begin on the first day of the next calendar quarter following your 90th day. The company will match 50% of your contribution up to a max. of 4% of your contributions.

New hires are automatically enrolled in the retirement plan at a 6% contribution rate unless you make your own election or opt out.

 

You may choose to invest in either a traditional 401(k) Plan or a Roth 401(k) Plan. Auto enrollments result in an annual increase of the team member's contribution by 1% until reaching 8% of team member contributions.

 

Changes to deferral rates can be made quarterly either online (www.myconradsiegel.com) or by contacting Human Resources for the form.
